This Secondary School in Ilford is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Head of School - Vice Principal to lead and support their team, shaping the future of education for their students.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and management of the school to ensure outstanding outcomes for students. Work collaboratively with the Principal and senior leadership team to develop and implement the school's vision and goals. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Lead curriculum development and the implementation of innovative teaching and learning strategies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement among staff and students. Manage and support the professional development of teaching and support staff. Engage with parents, governors, and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships and community links.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a school setting. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A strong track record of driving improvement in teaching and learning outcomes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture. The ability to inspire and motivate staff and students to achieve their best.
