SDR Team Manager up to £70,000 + OTE London (hybrid working) Are you a driven and inspiring leader with a passion for sales development? The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Team Manager to lead, mentor, and support a team of SDRs in driving pipeline growth and hitting targets. You will play a key part in ensuring the team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed, all while fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a high-performing SDR team to achieve pipeline growth and exceed targets. Implement and refine sales processes, tools, and best practices to ensure the team works efficiently and effectively. Build and manage a strong business pipeline, working with the SDR team to identify, qualify, and develop opportunities for the sales team to close. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to execute sales strategies. Monitor team performance, tracking key metrics such as pipeline volume, conversion rates, and revenue, providing ongoing feedback to drive improvement. Coach and develop the team, conducting regular performance reviews and offering guidance to ensure continuous growth. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive intelligence to ensure the team remains ahead of the curve. What's Needed: A natural leader with experience managing and growing high-performing teams. A proven track record in sales development, with 3-5 years of experience leading teams and a solid understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, or Solution selling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with the team and other stakeholders. Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions that drive results. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives. Experience with sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and data analysis to make informed decisions.
