Responsibilities within your new role as the Head of SEO Key responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of SEO (strategy, technical, content, authority, and digital PR). Overseeing team operations in the UK and offshore. Establishing the SEO offering as industry-leading. Handling team recruitment, development, and performance. Ensuring financial and strategic growth while maintaining profitability. Collaborating with sales and cross-channel teams to expand services, secure new business, and deliver high-quality work.

Your personality, experience and qualifications We are looking for someone with: 7+ years of SEO experience (preferably agency side). Expertise across strategy, technical, content, authority, and digital PR. Strong knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush and Screaming Frog. Experience optimising profitability and a proven track record of delivering results. Excellent client relationship skills. A solid understanding of SEO's interaction with PPC and social. Proficiency in Google Analytics.
