Great personality - patient, energetic, understanding, and with a passion for developing the people around you. Very importantly, a sense of fun! Excellent people/communication skills; you love collaborating with others. A focus on constant growth and improvement. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well under different circumstances. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Minimum 3-4 years’ experience managing a team of 15+, ideally in a high-volume fast casual or takeaway environment. A desire to succeed and push yourself forward within the business and the wider company. Meticulous attention to detail with superb organisational skills. Schedule:
40 hours per week Monday to Friday Some weekend availability will be necessary but not consistent. Job Types:
