Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Spanish department Oversee and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning in Spanish Mentor and support Spanish teachers, fostering their professional growth Develop and implement initiatives to enhance students' linguistic and cultural competence Organize and coordinate extracurricular activities related to Spanish language and culture Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects and initiatives Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Spanish education and implement best practices Monitor and assess student progress and achievements, providing guidance and support when necessary Minimum Requirements
