The Head of Specification Sales – Laminate Surfaces will involve: Leading the specification sales team selling a range of laminate surfaces. Managing, developing, and mentoring the specification sales team. Generating specifications via architects, interior designers, retail end users, and contractors. Working on projects such as schools, hospitals, high street stores, and commercial offices. Handling typical order values of £1k - £150k. Ideal Applicant:
The ideal applicant will have: People management experience. Specification sales experience in the building trade. Contacts with architects & interior designers. An openness to a variety of decorative and aesthetically pleasing interior products. A self-sufficient problem-solving attitude.
