Head of Strategic Partnerships (Health & Social Care)

The Role As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our Health & Social Care partnerships with new and existing businesses and industry leaders. You will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and expanding our network to enhance the impact of our training programs. This is a senior leadership position that requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship management skills, and a passion for education and workforce development. Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. Identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company’s core offerings and target markets. Overseeing the expansion of strategic partnerships with new and existing Health & Social Care employers. Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and decision-makers. Leading negotiations, structuring, and executing partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties. Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to drive engagement, co-branded initiatives, and joint promotional activities. Driving revenue through strategic partnerships, identifying new revenue streams, business models, and products. Monitoring partnership performance and ensuring KPIs and business objectives are met or exceeded. Working closely with the Operations Director to manage budgets and track the financial success of partnerships. Leading a team of Account Managers and other relevant staff, providing coaching, support, and direction to maximize performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including curriculum, marketing, learner recruitment, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to partners. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the Health & Social Care sector. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and nurture relationships with potential partners. Working closely with clients and partners to understand their training needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further collaboration and program development. Demonstrable success in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that result in business growth. Existing network of contacts within the Health & Social Care industry would be advantageous. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across departments. Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on the success of projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders at all levels. Excellent project management skills with proven experience of delivering on similar initiatives. You will have a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic personality.
