Overall responsible for stock levels and sales rates to ensure we do not have overage units or receive financial penalties from our lenders.
Identifying and resolving any potential situations or processes that could affect the order take of current or future offers.
Managing 3rd party PDI and delivery partners.
Working directly with the marketing team to ensure the most effective deals are marketed via social media, PPC, and direct marketing.
Working with the wider Carwow OEM&Media teams to build strategic opportunities.
Analysing our enquiries, orders, and conversion rates on all offers.
Providing market insights and potential challenges to the board.
Working with our analysis team to ensure we have effective reporting and visibility.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED Proven experience of the vehicle leasing industry, and tactical deal management.
An ability to work under pressure and meet team targets
Reliable, resourceful, and approachable
Self-driven, focused, results and quality oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
Good organisational & administration skills and ability to prioritise workload based on business-critical needs
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Entrepreneurial spirit with an appetite for rapid growth organisation
Proven experience in vehicle leasing, salary sacrifice, and the motor industry
Solutions-focused and proven ability to proactively determine a positive outcome
Strong proficienty of the Google Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
