As a member of the College Management Team, you will lead a talented and dedicated group of professionals, embracing our strategic plan, SKILLS READY, FUTURE READY, launched in Autumn 2023. Through authentic, inspirational, and motivational leadership, you will drive the development, innovation, and inclusivity of our curriculum, with specific cross-college responsibility for GCSE and Functional Skills provision. You will play a key role in promoting best practices in teaching and learning, raising levels of student attendance, engagement, progress, and achievement. By fostering innovative teaching methodologies, you will enhance the quality of our Study Programme Provision, ensuring every learner thrives. Working collaboratively across curriculum areas and teams, you’ll contribute to the delivery of our strategic objectives and help create a positive, student-centred experience. This role also involves ensuring the financial health and stability of the College, with responsibility for managing staff, resources, and budgets, while ambitiously contributing to the exploration of growth opportunities. What We are Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced and driven leader with: A strong track record of raising standards in Quality, Teaching, Learning and Assessment, working in a similar role. A deep understanding of curriculum intent and the barriers to student success. Proven ability to inspire innovation in teaching and learning, delivering exceptional outcomes. Expertise in managing resources effectively to support growth and sustainability.
