Halesowen College are recruiting for a

Head of Student Support - Animal Care . This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced and enthusiastic manager or an outstanding teacher who is ready to take the next steps in their career to provide a high-quality pastoral support, ensuring excellent outcomes for individual learners within Animal Care.

You will provide pastoral support in managing the general welfare, progress, behaviour, and overall needs of students, putting into place strategies for students who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning in order to achieve their full potential.

The College is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and will undertake Enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks for all successful candidates.
