We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead our procurement operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, driving cost savings, and ensuring sustainability in business operations. Key Responsibilities
Implement and drive continuous improvement in procurement and purchasing processes Maximise cost savings and efficiency in procurement to ensure sustainability Lead and develop a multi-skilled team, providing strong leadership and fostering a nurturing work environment Focus on safety and efficiency improvements for facilities and logistics operations Provide procurement expertise and ensure maximal order efficiency Work with various stakeholders across multiple departments to drive improvements and change Develop and implement procurement strategies for all supplier management and expenditure Lead by example in implementing improvements for the logistics strategy Develop sustainable solutions to any issues arising within the supply chain Requirements
Experience in leading and motivating multi-skilled teams Proven track record in driving change and improvement within procurement and supply chain operations Ability to work in a complex and demanding environment MCIPS qualification or relevant business experience What We Offer
