We are looking for an experienced and energetic Head of Supply Chain from the Food Industry who is looking for a new challenge at this exciting time in our journey. A member of the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for a team encompassing Demand planning, Purchasing, Material Planning, Production Planning, Customer Service, Despatch and Distribution. It's an exciting time to be joining us as we continue to grow, take on new premises and explore new categories in the food sector. Responsibilities Ensure optimised and seamless delivery of product to our customers in the most cost efficient and effective way. Ensure optimum finished product availability and factory efficiency within agreed business constraints. Ensure the effective and efficient replenishment of materials from our suppliers. Improve the engagement with new and existing customers to enhance relationships and forecast accuracy. Improve the engagement with suppliers to enhance relationships and supplier performance. Collaborate and work with the wider Virani teams to achieve business goals. Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in a similar role M&S Supply experience ERP system implementation Supply chain, Planning or Purchasing qualification Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills Comfortable working with all levels within the business
