This role is remote based and will consider applicants from all locations across UK&I, Poland & Netherlands. What would you do as our Head of TA - UK&I, Benelux, France & Southern Europe As our Head of TA, you would drive the strategic & operational direction of Talent Acquisition in the allocated country cluster for Europe and ensure the TA operating model, processes, resources and solutions are in place to support the needs of the business. You would also: Translate the TA strategy into actionable steps tailored to the local businesses while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Lead partnerships across TA Europe & Global, educate hiring managers, ensure governance around TA model adoption, and resolve process blockers. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on workforce planning, market intelligence, DEIB, and sourcing strategies, including niche hiring challenges. Ensure the TA operations team & TA partners have the necessary tools, materials, and access to provide end-to-end recruitment services effectively. Support the TA Director Europe in forecasting, presentations, and commercial discussions while ensuring compliance with policies, tools, and best practices. The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who has: Experience with internal or outsourced Talent Acquisition models is essential. Strong commercial focus with knowledge of SLA-driven operations. Comfortable analysing data, performance measures, and driving insights. Strong presenting, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels, including internal and external partners. Extensive experience in multi-country recruitment practices.
