This is your opportunity to make a difference as you will be pivotal in the provision of a pro-active, professional service for all recruitment activity in the Trust. You will lead recruitment pathways from attraction right through to the end of a new joiner's first year.

This role plays a key part in setting up our new people for success with a seamless onboarding experience.

Main duties of the job

You will be the subject matter expert in developing innovative recruitment strategies and embedding our employee value proposition to attract top talent whilst consistently delivering a positive recruitment experience to our customers.

Relishing a challenge, this is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will drive compliance through a data-driven lens using key performance indicators and production of weekly and monthly reporting to evaluate our user experience. As an individual, you will possess a strong ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to create the conditions for successful partnership working.

To succeed, you will have significant experience in leading a customer-focused recruitment service including developing and changing working practices. You'll have in-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation with expertise in recruitment best practice. Additionally, you will have a high level of analytical skills and the ability to think and plan strategically, tactically, and creatively whilst adjusting plans and resource requirements accordingly.

Qualifications

Essential

You'll be educated to Masters level, or equivalent, acquired through qualification or proven experience. Be a member of the CIPD. You'll have experience in leading a customer-focused recruitment service including developing and changing working practices.

Desirable

Knowledge of NHS terms and conditions.

Knowledge and Skills

Essential

In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and policy, particularly in the use of recruitment practices and methods. Significant experience of working with HR systems and data, including analysing, interpreting and presenting complex data to a wide range of audiences. Significant experience in leading a customer-focused recruitment service.

Desirable

Expertise in recruitment best practice approach.
