Job Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to help build and lead our recruitment function. This is a one-year Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity. This role is critical to our growth as we expand our consulting services and bring in top talent across various functions and levels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in talent acquisition, especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and has experience in developing scalable recruitment strategies, building processes, and building and leading a high-performing team. Role & Responsibility Build the Talent Acquisition Function: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy that aligns with our company goals, ensuring a robust and sustainable pipeline of talent. Recruitment Process Optimisation: Continuously improve end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience globally. Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters and talent coordinators, ensuring that each team member is supported and aligned with the business strategy. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Senior leadership, hiring managers, and People Team to understand current and future hiring needs, creating customised innovative recruitment solutions to meet business requirements. Employer Brand Strategy: Build on our strong employer brand to continually attract and retain top talent, implementing initiatives that promote our company as an employer of choice in the consulting industry. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to assess recruitment metrics, report on hiring progress, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve optimal results. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Drive DEI initiatives within talent acquisition to build a diverse pipeline and promote inclusive hiring practices across the organisation. Vendor and Budget Management: Take a commercial approach to vendor and budget management. Oversee relationships with external recruiting vendors, manage the talent acquisition budget, and negotiate contracts to maximize resources. Ensure constant evolution of the service catalogue to reflect and meet market & client demand. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in talent acquisition with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, within consulting or professional services. Function-Building Expertise: Demonstrated success in building or significantly scaling a talent acquisition function from scratch, including process creation and team development. Strategic Vision and Execution: Ability to align talent acquisition strategy with business objectives, manage competing priorities, and drive results. Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and developing recruiting teams with a strong focus on mentorship and performance. Commercial approach to recruitment: Demonstrate commercial acumen through proven track record. Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage senior stakeholders and hiring managers effectively. Data-Driven: Experience in using recruitment metrics and analytics tools to drive decision-making and optimise recruiting processes. Passion for DEI: Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with demonstrated experience in implementing DEI-focused hiring practices. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in talent acquisition or HR are a plus. 1 year FTC Maternity leave (Immediate start is preferred) What we Offer Compensation: A competitive salary and health and benefits package.
