Head of Technical Engineering focuses on develop the technical engineering team, providing hands-on guidance to rf/mw design engineers and nurture strong design culture.

What the role involves

• Develop the technical engineering team, providing hands-on guidance to RF/MW design engineers and nurture strong design culture.
• Overseeing modelling, simulation, prototyping and verification across all RF/MW products.
• Driving concept development, feasibility assessments and technical input for customer proposals.
• Managing engineering risks, budgets, schedules and technical reviews.
• Maintaining high-quality engineering processes, providing technical assurance and resolving design challenges.
• Degree (or equivalent) with deep expertise in RF & Microwave Engineering.
