Your new role
As the Head of Technical, you will be responsible for delivering premium quality products as well as overseeing R&D activities and collaborating effectively with other disciplines within the company. You will be responsible for meeting the standards necessary for third party audits as well as assisting in the development of risk assessments.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
Working knowledge in implementing quality systems such as BRC audits.
Strong knowledge of HACCP amongst other policies is also essential.
Self-starter, capable of working at a fast pace.
Able to lead a team to maintain high standards regarding any tasks or projects.
