Integrated solutions from the outset Consistent approach Moving from order-taking to solution selling Survey & drawings for all installs Quality Control
Installation quality Check solution sold is fit for purpose Reporting and feedback for Field Operations Support & troubleshooting for Field Operations Audit and compliance Maintenance
Data-led approach Support Field Operations to deliver efficient maintenance programme Methanol/hydrogen/battery usage Recommendations to improve efficiency Support FAM management to make changes to deployment of technology Churn & product maintenance Review & Renew
Change of use or on breach/activation Recommendations generated and communicated to Sales team Interaction with insight utilising risk to determine improvement to solutions A successful candidate will demonstrate the following essential personal attributes or experience: Essential: Detailed knowledge of monitored technology products Detailed knowledge of integrated security solutions Troubleshooting capability – on site and remotely Commercial awareness Understanding of wider monitored technology market & competitors Desirable: Strong communication skills Knowledge of CAD Knowledge of internal systems and processes Aware of project methodologies Aware of change management strategies
