The Opportunity The purpose of this role is to lead IT operations and digital transformation, combining technical expertise, business insight, and team leadership to drive enterprise-wide engagement, deliver impactful change, and ensure reliable, high-performing, and future-ready IT systems. This role is at the heart of our transformation, enabling you to: Lead Strategic Digital Initiatives: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, implementing impactful digital solutions that align with business goals. Inspire and Develop a High-Performing Team: Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the technology and transformation teams. Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of tech trends, introducing tools and systems that propel our business forward. Strengthen Cybersecurity: Implement robust measures to protect our operations and mitigate risks. Enhance Decision-Making with Data: Leverage technology to provide robust management of data to underpin insights that shape strategic direction. Manage Resources Effectively: Oversee budgets, optimise vendor relationships, and maximise efficiency. Serve as Flair’s data controller, following the principles and code of practice of the GDPR framework. What Makes This Role Exciting? About You Has a proven track record in IT leadership and transformation. Is hands-on with the Microsoft Stack, ERP systems, and has experience supporting the use of BI tools. Thrives on solving problems and finding innovative solutions. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and inspires teams.
