About The Role In Technology Operations

As the Head of Technology Operations, you will oversee the seamless integration of technology solutions across our organisation. Your leadership will drive innovation and efficiency, ensuring that our technological infrastructure remains robust and scalable to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities in IT Strategy and Management

Delivery of Key Strategic Projects into BAU, like P2P system, new POS across retail and QRS brands. Working as part of the programme delivery team to ensure that milestones are achieved and transition to operations is seamless. Develop and implement technology operations strategies that align with company goals. Ensure the continuity of IT service delivery by maintaining established service processes and reporting on key performance indicators. Manage and optimise infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technological improvements. Ensure adherence to IT security standards and protocols to safeguard company assets. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering growth and skill development.

Qualifications And Experience Required

Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR environments is essential. Proven track record in technology leadership roles within a complex organisation. Strong background in IT service delivery and project transition into service. Hands on, ready and willing to get into the detail with the team when required to get things resolved. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. ITIL certification or solid understanding of ITIL principles in practice. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
