Sheffield Office S9 Hours:

Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30 What you'll be doing: Internal IT Infrastructure:

Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and management of the company's internal IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. Internal Systems:

Manage and enhance internal systems to support business operations, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications. Business Intelligence:

Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Service Desk Management:

Supervise the service desk team, ensuring they provide exceptional support to our managed services clients and resolve issues efficiently. Mentor and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute technology strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives. Vendor Management:

Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions and services. Budget Management:

Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial targets. Compliance and Security:

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and implement robust security measures to protect company data and systems. What we're looking for: Management experience in a similar sized, sales-driven business. Proven coaching skills, a hands-on management style, and a passion for building team confidence and capability. A track record of identifying commercial opportunities within a team to maximize sales. Provision of meaningful reports including KPI reports and customer reports to Sales. Confidence in working in a team, and being approachable and friendly to colleagues and clients. Keen to learn about the latest technology.
