Profile For this role we are looking for an established leader who is capable of overseeing 2 teams, one based in each location. You'll line manage 2 team leaders and indirectly 35 FTE - leadership experience of a similar scale will be key. Additionally, you'll bring: Consistent track record of developing successful telesales functions. Experience working for a B2B based sales function. Strong technical capabilities and able to utilise data and performance metrics to manage performance. Excellent stakeholder leadership skills, able to work in partnership with 2 other Heads of to create a flawless customer journey.
