Provide strategic leadership for the therapies department, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective service delivery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement therapeutic programs aligned with organisational goals. Manage and lead a team of therapists, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Ensure compliance with relevant professional standards, policies, and procedures. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and community organisations. Qualifications:

BSc degree level qualification in either Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy. Registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Post-registration training in a relevant specialty. Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role within therapy services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence. Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance standards. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
