WE ARE LOOKING FOR Head of Training, where you'll take the helm of overall management for the Training Department. You'll spearhead the creation and execution of dynamic training programs and materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other essential resources, all conducted in line to ensure memorable experiences for our customers! YOU WILL Design and implement engaging training programs that evolve with best practices and business needs. Ensure training content remains relevant and aligned with our goals, regularly updated as necessary. Develop and deliver innovative training solutions tailored to meet specific business demands. Identify training needs and craft effective programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Conduct workshops and orientation sessions to optimize performance. Stay abreast of training technologies and methodologies to enhance our programs continually. Monitor training performance through feedback analysis and program assessments, driving continuous improvement. Leverage e-learning platforms to deliver targeted and impactful training to teams. Strategically plan training for new store openings, ensuring each location receives tailored support. Conduct store visits, providing on-site support and action plans for continuous growth. Collaborate with multiple departments across the business to support training initiatives and material development. Review team performance regularly, offering clear guidance and support for personal development. Foster a positive mentorship, coaching, and support environment. ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree educated or above. Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs. Strong understanding of training methodologies and technologies. Have a driving license. Ability to collaborate across departments and levels. Ability to demonstrate leadership and mentor individuals. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. An energetic person with positive thinking, with a ‘can do’ attitude. Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
