POSITION SUMMARY One of the primary responsibilities will be to hold the vision of Travel transformation Business Strategy and its delivery, transmit it to the team with enthusiasm, empathy and drive. This vision must be transformational and clearly relates to value creation and benefits maximization. Its delivery should include any immediate actions which can be taken in fast track mode improving current situation of Travel Activities and in particular Operations. The second responsibility will be to orchestrate and foster convergence across geographies to ensure global and transversal operating model is developed in line with the vision, the business guidelines and the schedule. The third responsibility will be to drive and frame the approach on strategic topics such as : Data driven empowerment Target Operating Model build & roll out Benefit and Cost driven approach at every layer (not only related to Investment efficiency bcase) The Fourth responsibility will be to manage progress, risks, KPIs (incl. demos, sprint retrospective…) and any other execution related measure. The Fifth responsibility will be to manage hierarchically a team (10+ people) in charge of Build and roll out of Transformation, and Data Initiatives whilst making evolutions when Transformation Maturity steps are reached. He/she will use the field feedbacks to refine approach, strategy and execution path. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. DIMENSIONS OF ROLE Delivery & Execution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Individual responsibilities or tasks : Design and Delivery of Travel Business Transformation Strategy for Building a Customer & Employee Centric Travel Digital Business Platform (Global Assets, Operating Model and converging Process) firstly focus on Operations and encompassing Operating Model, Processes and Technological stack. Secure the roll-out of Guidewire and the travel ecosystem on all key countries of AXA Partners. Maximize Benefits and their materialization applying transformation approach (beyond tooling). Review and simplify as needed Business Processes (focusing on Assistance, Reimbursement, General Enquiry) and their local implementation. Ensure execution is meeting planning, budget, scope. Ensure Organization allows global business steering whilst maintaining and maximizing empowerment of all parties (Countries, Holding, any professional family contributing). Ensure effective and timely communication and provision of information to project governance authorities (Business Sponsor, project boards, steering committees, etc.) and other stakeholders to an appropriate level of frequency and formality. Perform high-level project planning and scheduling but not detailed Timebox planning or task planning. Collaborate with and drive all stakeholders to create and agree the delivery plan (e.g. the schedule and content of project increments and the timeboxes within them). Collaborate with and orchestrate Roll Out teams in geographies to derisk execution and ensure a timely and accelerated usage of travel platforms. Managing risk and any issues as they arise, collaborating with senior business or technical roles as required to resolve them. Drive the acceleration of digitalization and automation. Motivating and ensuring empowerment of the teams to meet their objectives. Maintain up to date local roll out plan and critical path. Prepare reporting including updates on activities, associated risks/action plan. Promote change management levers to reach effectiveness of the transformation. Hard skill and experience Several years of experience and notably knowledge of Program and Project Management, change management principles, methodologies and tools with IT related changes. Demonstrated Business Vision definition and Execution. Organizational skills for creating all the necessary Execution levers needed for quick and efficient execution. Understanding the motivation levers for key stakeholders based on benefits to be realized. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal at various levels of the organization. Excellence in Agile methods. High level of business acumen and ability to formalize clearly business requirements. Knowledge and experience of a large and GLOBAL Transformation program. Ability to communicate concisely and easily in English to Top management and various families of the business. Ability to work in matrix organization and to empower team to think beyond their remit.
