Join Aston Martin as the Head of Transmission and Driveline System Design! Are you ready to lead a team in delivering cutting-edge transmission and driveline hardware solutions? As our next Head of Transmission and Driveline System Design, you will set the standard, inspire your team, and drive the delivery of world-class technical solutions across all AML programmes. Who We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you need to be a resilient, methodical thinker who can inspire and motivate others. You must be a confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements. Leading a team of talented individuals, you will deliver transmission and driveline solutions aligned with Aston Martin’s ambitious product strategy. You will also develop a technology roadmap, coach and mentor your team, and build strategic relationships with external technical partners and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Leadership:

Inspire and drive your team to deliver world-class technical solutions for complex systems. Technology Roadmap:

Lead the development of a technology roadmap for ultimate performance ICE and electrified platforms. Team Development:

Coach and mentor your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strategic Relationships:

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with external technical partners and suppliers. What You Need: Experience in delivering transmission and driveline hardware solutions in an OEM environment Strong technical skills Experience with Teamcentre PLM or similar What You Can Expect:

This is a full-time role, with the majority of your working week onsite and some home working possible. Regular travel to visit suppliers, usually within Europe, will be required.
