We have 1.2 million active fuel cards in issue, accepted at around 40,000 locations across Europe and Asia, manage 3.0 billion litres of fuel per annum and our corporate chargecard is accepted wherever the MasterCard logo is displayed. We currently track over 300,000 vehicles across 5 continents via our award-winning telematics solutions and over 120,000 mobile phone and hosted VOIP users utilise our leading edge connectivity solutions. We have recently launched an electric vehicles division which provides charging units for business or home use and the supply of charging networks using cards or mobile payment mechanisms.

This role will act as the primary link between the banks, credit rating agencies, credit insurers and the business, managing a wide range of banks and spread of banking services.

Key Accountabilities

Running financing processes working with debt and legal advisors on reviewing and negotiating banking documents. Supporting the business in running RFPs, helping funders understand the Group, and regularly reviewing and challenging asset funders and the business. Monitoring the Group’s financial covenants to ensure current and future compliance. Cashflow forecasting, analysis and reporting. Running regular meetings with the bank syndicate. Proactively managing banking services to ensure the business is getting the right services whilst managing cost to help them meet their strategic plans. Efficient management of day-to-day Treasury operational activity including global cash management, operational banking, foreign currency purchases and intercompany funding. Supporting the business in negotiating bank guarantees and letters of credit with suppliers. Ensuring effective internal controls surrounding global treasury practises in accordance with the Group’s Treasury Policies and Procedures. Central co-ordination of a range of exposures such as oil, FX and interest rates. What do we expect of you?

Operational experience of driving improvements and cost efficiencies. International treasury management experience and knowledge of global payments, bank relationships, funding and investments. Risk management experience (commodity, FX and interest rate management). Experience dealing with and representing the company with critical external stakeholders including banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, and investors. Extensive knowledge of fund raising and managing a wide range of banks. Strong communicator with good stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of treasury processes and systems. Ability to motivate, manage and develop a team able to support a highly acquisitive Group. What can you expect of us?
