Who You Are: We are seeking a Head of UK Regulatory Reporting to support the Global Head of Regulatory Reporting ensuring compliance with UK financial and regulatory reporting regulations for a UK broker dealer executing and clearing trades for institutional clients and for affiliated companies carrying balances for in regulated and unregulated products encompassing spot equities, derivatives and crypto assets. This role requires a deep understanding of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory reporting requirements. What You’ll Do: Prepare and submit necessary regulatory reports and returns (FCA MIFIDPRU 9) to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulatory rules. Ensure that regulatory requirements are complied with and acted upon as required. Prepare and update annual ICAAP and ILAS papers. Collaborate with various lines of business and assist with the production of information to be reported in the annual ICARA and public disclosure. Function as a primary point of contact with the FCA and manage all regulatory examination engagements, audits, and inquiries. Assist with ongoing automation, system, process, and control improvements. Continually assess the adequacy of internal processes, data and controls which support the production of regulatory returns and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and strengthen the control framework as required, including keeping standard operating procedures up to date.
