Job Description Develop and execute a comprehensive UK sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making. Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. The Successful Applicant Proven track record as a sales leader in the FMCG sector, with experience in driving growth and achieving targets. Ideally experience managing Top Four Retailers. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market trends. Strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for the FMCG industry and staying abreast of market trends and innovations.
