As the Head of UX, you will lead the charge in designing market defining, intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences that address the unique needs of future retirees. You’ll shape the vision for UX across the business, blending strategic leadership with hands-on design expertise. Working within the product team and in close collaboration with technology, and marketing teams, you will ensure every touchpoint of our digital retirement proposition resonates with our users. About the role:

Develop and execute the UX strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on the needs of target users. Define and communicate a vision for exceptional user experiences across all digital touchpoints. Drive a research-led approach to understand the behaviours, needs, and challenges of target users. Ensure research findings are actionable and integrated into product and design decisions. Advocate for continuous user testing and iterative improvements based on data insights. Influence and contribute to roadmap prioritisation, ensuring user needs are addressed. Act as the primary UX representative in leadership meetings, presenting strategies, insights, and progress. Ensure all UX/UI designs meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual consistency. Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies, trends, and design practices. Maintain and evolve a scalable design system that supports consistency across all digital products. Define and refine UX processes to improve efficiency and collaboration. Establish KPIs to measure the success of UX initiatives and ensure continuous improvement. Skills and Experience

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and customer journey maps. 4+ years of experience in senior UX design or related roles. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. A customer-focused self-starter. Understanding of UX research methodologies and data-driven design principles. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change. Company Benefits
