To develop and manage partner contracting arrangements. To work with Senior Trust staff to identify volunteering needs and to provide a support structure to ensure that volunteer services are utilized fully in the support of service delivery. To provide service evaluation and to report on the volunteer service activities and impact at board level. To identify future developments and service improvements for volunteering across the Trust that is fit for the future.
To be able to work independently and autonomously and recognize when to escalate and seek support appropriately.
