The role of Head of Warehouse and Logistics reports into the Operations Director and holds day to day responsibility for both internal and client stock management and distribution including managing Logistic partners, stock suppliers and warehouse teams and infrastructure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain control and operational effectiveness of Circet Home's Warehousing and distribution processes. Own strategic plans for stock management, understand the industry best practice and use this to drive the teams. Liaise with stakeholders as needed and provide support for maintaining service capability reporting as necessary. Performance management of our KPI’s both external and around the quality delivered to our internal customers. Continually consider MQS by reviewing processes, systems, and resources to ensure we maximize efficiency. Plan resources and coach team members in the Warehouse to fulfill their potential. Maintain any accreditations currently in place regarding the stock or the warehouse. Manage contingency planning and business continuity plans around the stock. Ensure all Health & Safety and Employment processes are adhered to. Responsible for ensuring stock losses are minimized and kept below monthly targets. Work with Group procurement to maintain minimum stock levels in a cost-effective manner. Maintain the PUDO distribution service and other Stock distribution functions. Ensure efficient and cost-effective recycling of waste. Audit and monitor returns to stock. Manage Calibration/Testing and maintenance of stock and equipment not assigned to Operational resource. Review the process in the warehouse and work to constantly improve. Report results weekly with action plans for improvement where needed. Requirements: Preferred: Higher Education. Ideally, candidates will already have 5 years management experience at a senior level within a similar role managing multisite warehousing with partner distribution. Experience of end-to-end stock tracking and auditing. Previous experience of working with Salesforce. Good interpersonal skills, both at a management level and when interacting with Clients. Effective communicator, able to define goals, talk through strategy, gain buy-in and agree actions to be delivered, review then analyze results. Why Work in Circet?
