Drive and own the successful launch of overseas B2B fulfilment operations ensuring first time success and a stable platform to build on for the future. Principal Accountabilities Develop cross-functional framework between all stakeholders to ensure clear ownership and streamline processes. Establish basic S&OP and chair regular meetings to ensure all stakeholders are up to date and on track. Chair wash-up meetings at the end of the fulfilment cycle to ensure relevant improvements are made and documented. Ensure all cross-functional process flows documented to a high standard. Work with Sales to assess existing and develop new tools for sales pipeline planning, ensuring that all customer requirements are reviewed and understood well in advance of shipping. Make recommendations around gaps in existing ERP for use in a medium-term systems migration. Collaborate closely with the rest of the Logistics department to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Run tenders for fulfilment partners as needed. Partner with Legal, Production and Finance to ensure compliance with overseas legislation and tax obligations. Partner with Finance and Sales to ensure the correct inputs are provided for the cost-modelling of new customers. Act as key subject matter expert and escalation point for B2B activities, offering advice on best practice on operational strategy. Competencies Stakeholder management across multiple levels. Personal Qualities and Experience Strong experience in B2B in a supply chain-related senior management role. Familiarity with operational and planning tools and systems in wholesale environments. Dynamic and hands-on, willing to get stuck in as required. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackling challenges in a start-up setting.
