Salary: Band M - £44000.00 to £49500.00 FTE (dep on qualifications and experience)

At East Coast College we are looking for a confident and dedicated Head of Department for our Apprenticeship provision to offer a focused and firm commitment to standards, and Apprentice achievement.
As a driven manager who is familiar with Apprenticeships, and associated Ofsted, Levy, and ESFA standards and requirements, your experience of managing processes, and leading people/colleagues in their ability to fulfil their part of the journey for our 650 Apprentices will be vital.
With Apprenticeships throughout Norfolk and Suffolk, and within a range of industries, your ability to maintain and grow relationships with staff across 9 vocational areas will allow you to ensure that apprentice recruitment, qualification updates, expectations, and compliance is communicated and robustly monitored.
Key needs from you and the role;
- Experience and knowledge of inspection regimes and reporting
- Ability to analyse, and implement appropriate actions
- Knowledge of Further Education quality assurance requirements
