You will lead and inspire, developing and delivering workplace strategy, whilst managing a small team of consultants. You will be at the forefront of our Client Relationships, building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions. You will innovate and create actionable insights through your research on workplace trends, while collaboratively working with other disciplines within Mitie to ensure a holistic approach to workplace delivery. Driving success within the team and with the identification and promotion of new business opportunities, whilst meeting revenue and margin targets will be critical in your everyday. What does our ideal candidate look like?
Do you have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in workplace consulting, strategy, or design? You should have strong commercial acumen, business development skills, and experience managing a team. Are you excellent in communication, interpersonal skills, and creative thinking? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software is required. A willingness to travel as needed. What do we offer as part of the role and working for Mitie?
