About the Role Support the education, development, welfare, and safety of students as the Head of Year. Act as the first point of contact for students, staff, parents, and visitors regarding the year group. Collaborate with the attendance team to improve attendance in your year group. Assist with monitoring and recording of EHCP reviews. Handle administrative tasks for the year group, including record keeping. Ensure students’ safety at all times, in and out of the classroom. Enable students to be included in all aspects of Academy life. Personal Qualities Refer to the person specification in the job pack.
