Working with the existing pastoral team, you’ll lead initiatives that promote positive behaviour, well-being, and engagement, while also playing a crucial role in our students' success and happiness.

We are seeking a candidate who has significant experience in pastoral work, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of student well-being. You should be ready to collaborate effectively, lead with passion, and contribute to the growth of our school community.
