Head of Year (Year 7) – Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a strong Year 7 culture with high expectations and exemplary behaviour. Work closely with families to support students’ academic and personal growth. Deliver character education through assemblies, morning meets, and shared activities. Collaborate with colleagues to establish and maintain a positive, inclusive school culture. Embed a study skills programme and celebrate student success to drive motivation and achievement. Be a visible and proactive leader, promoting high standards across the school community.
