Our in-house digital team (AC Digital) are constantly thinking about our user-experience from the back end to the front. Working on nine customer-facing websites along with 65 internal applications, their goal is achieving positive outcomes for both staff and customers.
The People Team have one goal – to make employees feel as comfortable as possible so they have the best platform to excel in whatever they do. A hugely important part of Head Office, our award-winning team take part in employee relations, give advice and training and play an integral role in our employee experience.
Our Admin teams help to make sure everything runs smoothly throughout the business. From managing data to dealing with the finer details of customers’ orders - our Admin staff are excellent team players with a keen eye for detail and are always on hand to get the job done.
