Head Pastry Chef - Forest Row, East Sussex

40 hours per week,  £31,300 Plus service charge* per year and annual bonus


Our aim is to create distinctly memorable experiences and so we strive to make every meal an occasion for our guests. As Pastry Head Chef you will work alongside our Executive Chef, Andrew Wilson and be responsible for all aspects of our pastry kitchen. You will be catering for a range of outlets across our luxury estate including our 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant, brasserie, afternoon tea, room service and banqueting.

Head Pastry Chef  Attributes/Experience:

  • Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and develop a team
  • Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to multitask and maintain quality levels at all time
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is desirable
