We are looking for a dynamic Head Nurse for our Wirral vet sites, who is passionate about supporting and encouraging their team to deliver excellent results and driving clinical standards. You will be based at our Upton branch but will be required to work at Seaview to create a strong relationship with all team members.

The Role This role includes setting a high standard of patient and client care, leading your team of 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs, and 4 ANAs by example.

You will work closely with the senior management team, so a good team player is a must. All the usual RVN duties are included, so someone who can combine people management is essential.

Leading the team, you will be responsible for delivering appraisals, overseeing Health and Safety, radiology, and ordering stock control.

The Rota We can offer flexibility in your rota; we know a work-life balance is a must. 4 days 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM, one in 4 Saturday mornings.
