About the Company We are partnering with a well established high growth provider of regulatory intelligence this exciting new role will take the lead on building out a new offering for the financial services sector. Our client operates an office in Washington DC. Candidates on the East Coast happy to attend the office a few times a month will be considered. Job Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the regulatory research function and establish best practices. Lead research within a new offering for financial services as well as existing services covering North America and LATAM with a global client base. Ensure streamlined and documented content operations across the function, maintaining compliance with processes and policies. Innovate content and operations to align with shifts in business strategy. Develop and motivate a high-performing team; coach and facilitate team members' professional growth. Inspire collaboration across the team to realize synergies in content, product, and operations. Lead the creation of a unique content strategy that integrates multiple channels and reflects the evolving customer profile. Support commercial efforts through direct engagement with customers and contributing subject matter expertise. Qualifications Required A minimum of 10 years of experience leading research teams. Strong understanding of financial services regulation. Experience in a research analyst or director role within B2B Information Services or consulting to compliance and legal functions. Strong project management capabilities, effectively managing projects from inception to delivery. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a commercial focus. Proficient in building strong working relationships through effective networking and engagement at all levels. Possess strong executive presence with clear and impactful communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to synthesize insights and communicate significant findings compellingly.
