The Role: As Head Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and support for all pupils. You will: Lead on the strategic vision and direction of the school Foster a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and academic achievement Manage and support staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment Develop and implement individualised strategies for pupils with SEMH needs Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support the wider school community The Candidate: We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate leader with a deep understanding of SEMH education.
