The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the practice, setting a high standard through your training, experience, and mentorship. Key responsibilities include:
Leading by example to deliver exceptional client and patient care.
Supporting and mentoring team members.
Managing nurse consultations, which range from 20 to 30 minutes, and hosting regular clinics, including second vaccinations, weight, and diabetic clinics.
You should have solid experience in veterinary nursing, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to teamwork. If you’re down-to-earth, passionate about animal welfare, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
