Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and mentor the nursing team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment. Monitor anaesthesia and ensure high standards of patient safety during procedures. Manage and provide exceptional inpatient care. Conduct nurse consultations with professionalism and compassion. Assist vets in clinical tasks while ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. Take an active role in maintaining and improving clinical protocols and practices. This is a full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week, with participation in a shared Saturday rota. Less hours may be considered for the right candidate.
