WONDERFULLY EXCITING OPPORTUNITY

I am looking for a full-time Head Veterinary Surgeon to join my incredible team. The successful candidate will lead a team of 5 wonderful vets. I am looking for a forward-thinking, passionate, and experienced veterinary surgeon who is ready to take the next step in their professional career.

The role requires a keen determination to provide excellent patient care whilst supporting other members of the veterinary team to fulfill their full potential. The successful individual will be responsible for supporting the other veterinary surgeons and ensuring the practice embraces and pursues the highest levels of clinical excellence.

I am proud to lead a team of 50 exceptional individuals across two practices, all of whom are passionate about patient and client care as well as their own personal growth and development.

I am determined to provide all of my team with a great place to work and am delighted to offer a workplace that is both open, safe, and trusting.

The full-time position is 40 hours per week with 1 in 5 weekends (Saturdays) worked, but part-time/flexible working patterns would also be available.

The practice is busy with a very varied case load. I have the usual toys (digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, etc.) and encourage individuals to pursue further study/qualifications.

I am keen to offer flexible working patterns, and the team has a fabulous work-life balance.

Usual benefits available (private healthcare, bonus scheme, 6 weeks holidays (pro-rata), day off for birthday). I also pay all team members overtime, and all breaks are paid!

Salary: £65-75K DOE
