This is a remote position. Job Highlights: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK with 1 hour unpaid break Represent multiple fitness clubs and studios Handle a mix of service, proactive care, and sales calls Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction metrics Responsibilities : Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of various fitness brands, handling both inbound and outbound calls Provide top-notch customer support, resolving issues and answering queries with a positive, can-do attitude Conduct proactive outreach to members, ensuring they’re getting the most out of their fitness memberships Manage sensitive conversations around missed payments and membership cancellation with tact and professionalism Process various types of transactions and update customer information in CRM systems Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment, preferably in a health-related field Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone Adaptability to represent different fitness brands and adjust your approach accordingly Basic knowledge or strong personal interest in health, fitness, and wellness Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Sales aptitude with a consultative approach to meeting customer needs Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
