Health and Safety Management Administrator

Workforce Partners have an exciting opportunity for an administrator within the construction Industry. Our client, who specializes in Ground Stabilisation, is looking for a driven individual with strong attention to detail to manage their health and safety system. This is an integral role within the company and offers a range of opportunities for the right candidate to take ownership and develop their processes.

The right candidate should possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, organization, and be driven to develop and learn. There is no experience required for this role, full training and knowledge support will be provided; however, a basic understanding of health and safety within the construction sector could be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Manage training matrix Identify and organize training requirements for all staff/workers Manage the Health and Safety system Ensure all health and safety requirements are maintained for all staff/workers

Skills/Attributes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong computer skills Administrative experience (desirable) Positive attitude and desire to learn

The role will be based at our client's office in Bourne, Lincolnshire. Our client offers a supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to progress and learn new skills while taking a lead in your role.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Holidays:
