Health And Safety Advisor
Health And Safety Advisor focuses on supporting the implementation of designer group’s health and safety policies, procedures and standards across uk projects.
What the role involves
- Supporting the implementation of Designer Group’s health and safety policies, procedures and standards across UK projects.
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety walks.
- Identify risks, unsafe behaviours or non-compliance and work with site teams to close out actions.
- Supporting project teams with risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
- Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings and site inductions where required.
- Monitoring PPE compliance, housekeeping, access/egress, plant, lifting operations and general site safety standards.
Candidate fit
- A relevant qualification in occupational health and safety, construction safety or a related discipline.
- CSCS card or equivalent site safety certification.
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to the multi-site nature of the role.
