My client is a growing specialist civils subcontractor, specialising in complex RC Frame/Groundworks packages across London and the Southeast. They have a current turnover of almost £40m and work on projects valued at £8m. They have grown year on year and have new structures in place to take them to the next level. About the Role:
As you develop in your role, you will help to promote a culture where safety, health, and environmental considerations are integrated into everyday processes. Reporting to the SH&E Director, you will be actively engaged with all levels of management and at all stages of the construction process, from pre-construction through to completion of works. Your regular routine will support the monitoring of workplaces and the investigation of incidents, with a 'management' approach to problem-solving, as well as improving the SH&E management skills of our workforce. About the Requirements:
You must have a safety qualification (NEBOSH, Degree or Diploma) and at least 2 years of health & safety site experience, ideally with RC Frames but not essential. You must be able to work on your own initiative and be a strong communicator. You must be: Computer literate Excellent in interpersonal skills Determined to succeed Willing to learn Capable of working on your own initiative while also being able to work within a team Enthusiastic and energetic About the Benefits:
